Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a basement remodel take?

Between 4-8 weeks on average based upon level of finish and sub contractor scheduling. 

Do you offer handyman services?

Yes, we handle most all maintenance and repair items pertaining to the inside and outside of the home. Call and ask about our maintenance programs! 

How far out are you booked?

It depends what type of project you’re looking to schedule. We can get most smaller repairs taken care of within a week or two while bigger jobs require more time so may need to be booked out further. 

Are you insured?

Of course! We are fully insured and bonded! 

What type of warranty do you have?

We offer a one year warranty on the craftsmanship and labor and if the product(s) fail the customer is responsible to contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.

What is the payment schedule once a quote is approved?

Upon approval of the estimate, the payment schedule is structured into three installments for jobs exceeding $3000. The breakdown is as follows:

40% for the initial down payment, covering materials and any required rental equipment.

Another 40% is due during the designated completion phase, covering subcontractor costs and additional labor expenses.

The remaining 20% is payable upon the successful completion of the project.

For projects under $3000, the payment structure simplifies to a 45/55 split, with 45% as the down payment and the remaining 55% due upon completion of the work.
